The ceramic jar is an art treasure of the brown pattern ceramic tradition of the Trần dynasty. This has a spectacular shape and plentiful decorations with typical motifs showing Vietnamese history and culture in the Tran period. Especially, the decorative patterns on the jar's body are considered as a panorama of the Trần society after three times resistance against the Yuan-Mongolian Empire. There are motifs of warriors, dragons, musicians, dancers, lotus, daisy and so on. All motifs merged together to make a picture of celebrating the victory of the nation.
